Q: Will there be a strong odour after the treatment is carried out?

A: No. We only use nil odour or low odour ‘control agents’ so there is never any air borne insecticidal residue within your home.

Q: Do I need to remove all my dishes and pans from my kitchen cupboards?

A: No. Treatment for cockroaches, for example, has come a long way over the past decade. We use gels and treatment to harbourage areas (cracks and crevices), which is extremely effective in eradicating cockroaches and other pests.

Q: Will my pet dog, cat, bird, guinea pig, snake, chickens be okay after treating the home?

A: Yes. We use ‘control agents’ extremely low in toxicity. It is wise, however to keep pets away from treated areas until dry. (Residual spray dries in minutes on a warm sunny day).

Q: If it rains on the day of treatment, will it wash all the insecticides away or weaken the residual effect?

A: No. Approximately 95% of any home treated is not even accessible to the rain. (internal of home/ building, kitchen cupboards, roof void, garage, sub-floor area, outbuildings, sheds, under eaves etc.). The low toxic but effective insecticides are insoluble and will not be leached away by rainfall or watering of gardens.

Q: How long after the treatment can I clean the floors etc?

A: We advise that all cleaning should take place prior to treatment. After the treatment leave it as long as possible, especially around the edges of skirting boards, door frames and window frames in order to get the best results. If you do need to clean around the skirting, use a dry terry cloth to wipe it down.

Q: What do I do if they come back?
